I think it no longer is possible. FM version was basically for those who pre-purchased the game before or around its initial release. However, I think I remember that it's possible to upgrade it to the "General" version, you can still get the rest of the perks that originally came with the FM version. They just dropped the "FM" tag after the first two DLCs. Check on Steam because I am not certain.

Bought this on Steam with the "General Edition upgrade DLC", and I'm having "Field Marshal Edition" in the main menu background. Not sure if this is what you are talking about.
