Commendation Point Display

Hello!
With the DLC 1941 there is also bring in a new nice commendation point display at the header of the screen.
Because a trigger adjustment in the LUA scripts is necessary for this, my question would be, whether this will also be built in for the other DLC (SCW, 1939, 1940),
possibly with a patch?
With 1941, there are further new LUA functions are implemented, like traits or other things?
