Hey!
After finishing the First Mongol Invasion of Hungary I decided to focus on Low Countries during the medieval times. It'll feature MORE THAN 10 BATTLES! With custom victory conditions, custom units, AI, historical backround etc. btw vanilla Battle of Steppes is from that period and area ;)

Wars:
- Loon War (1203-06)
- Drenthe-Groningen War (1225-27)
- Drenther Crusade (1228-32)
- War of the Flemish Succession (1244-54)
- West Frisian War (1256–1297)
- War of the Cow (1272-78)
- War of the Limburg Succession (1283-1289)
and many more to come!
Its still WIP ;)

Battles:
Siege of Leiden (1203)

Battle of the Zijl River (1206)

Battle of Glimmen (1226)

Siege of Mitspete (1231)

Battle of West-Capelle (4 July 1253)

Battle of Hoogwoud (28 January 1256)

I"d say yes. It could be regarded as a questionable effort because what matters in the end is the playability of the scenario itself - but "you eat with your eyes first".

Invest some time in it, the result will be worth it. And it is/can be fun too.

Myself, I"m used to mod vanilla and custom scenarios like crazy for I love working with the Editor so much. There are always details that can be improved or added according to historical sources, maps etc. or your own experiences regarding the character of a certain landscape. At times it can be quite challenging to find adequate sources, but the gain in knowledge alone is worth all the work IMO.

(For example I was doing some research on the German names of some places and waters you portraited in your Poland scenarios. In the end I found the names of some streams in the Wahlstatt area in some botanical reference book published in 1920. Well, that was a bit hardcore Silesian nostaglia I had to swallow... )

Hey!
Ye I tried to recreate all of them from old maps but giving names to all of them would make the map less clear imo so I focused on naming the most important things like big rivers or villages etc.
