I created a MP game with the EASTERNWIND mod, but it requires a mod or scenario called SKIRMISH. I couldn't find it on the forum, it is neither in the free download section of the game.
Please, where I can download this mod, thanks!

SKIRMISH just means it is a Custom Battle.

If you are having problems making unofficial mods such as EASTERNWIND work, you need to ask on the the Modding forum - in this case in the Easternwind Mod thread.

I thought the Eastern Wind mod was only intended for single player, at least the installation instructions in the Forum thread are only for single player.

However, I suppose you could use it for MP games if you wished, I see that ApolloW has successfully created an Eastern Wind MP challenge.

I would guess that what you have probably installed the Eastern Wind mod in the wrong location. You have probably put the mod in your main game files, ie:

C/Program Files (x86)/Slitherine/FieldOfGloryMedieval/Multiplayer

or, if you have Steam:

C/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Field of Glory II Medieval/Multiplayer

Mods should never go in those folders! Only the official campaigns and scenarios go there.

The correct location to install mods is here:

Documents/My Games/FieldOfGloryMedieval/Multiplayer
