I have bought a game - it crashes - did all the recommended things - still crashing - opened a ticket - and since a week - silence - no response whatsoever....

Is Slitherine still there ? Or is it standard not looking into tickets ?

check your spam folder as all ticketed replies are asap

I have received a ticket number and nothing ever since 2021031010000088

then if you have checked your spam folder and provided all asked in reply, you will need to contact them again stating as much

Have checked spam folder every day - nothing in inbox or spam folder...

No info asked for or anything... What shall I do?

Maybe I should ask for a refund

Try contacting them again, this time perhaps including a second email address, or you can try logging in to the Matrix site and opening a support ticket via the website.

3 Weeks ago - i opened the ticket - no reaction for a week at all

Then i opened a second ticket (as stated here), which then was getting some response... from a seemingly helpful guy:

I'll ask the developers if they have any suggestion to offer.

NOW THE TICKET WAS CLOSED - without any further comment - WHATS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS? (also the old ticket has not gotten any response, so no excuse there)

What game was the issue with? If the information that was provided didn't allow them to find a solution then reaching out to the developer is likely the best option. I am guessing that they closed one of the tickets to avoid having duplicates open.

I will determine what is happening at our end.

make sure you disable any overlay software,
like MSI Afterburner,
NVIDIA GeForce Experience Overlay,
AMD Overlay,
Discord Overlay etc,
Xbox overlay, this list goes on and on,.....

as any of these may interfere with the game.

install the game as admin and running the game as admin should setup the correct file permissions to run with most AV & firewall programs, some 3rd party poor ones may need to add a exception manually.

Support is still waiting for the developers to provide a suggestion regarding your issue with the game, that's the reason why we haven't been replying in your Ticket#2021032010000023.

Working recommendation. I also once solved problems in this way when the game did not want to be installed on my computer. it is best to disable all overlays, firewalls and antiviruses.
