Was there a reason why the SE units that you can pick up during a campaign are limited to infantry, tanks and aircraft?

It seems to me that the units in the AT group should be in there as well as Elephants and Jadpanthers could come in handy from the end of 44 on.

Thoughts?

The SE selection depends on the Country.
The US has only Infantry and Aircraft, no tanks.
Nico made an equipment file that included tanks for the US, I don't remember what he did with the German SE units.

Thanks Dalfrede. I've been using an equipment file from nvkkid(sp) along with his mod's for all of the grand campaigns and it's great. Plenty new twists and I think he's done an excellent job of keeping PC1 relevant for those of us who have been playing for years. I highly recommend them if one is looking for a new twist. I've been wrestling with a Manstein play through and while there are plenty of mentors on the group to get advice from, the difference between the stock equipment file and one with larger variety of units presents a good challenge.
