Games crashes to launcher on campaign/tutorial start

hello,
game crashes to launcher - at tutorial start in main menu - and after the campaign start (after intro vid and being in control room) - when clicking on proceed.
Game seems to recognize graphic card properly (system surpassed even recommended requirements) - DirectX11 is installed - just cant upload the crash-log .txt here...
Have opened Ticket#2021031010000088 - but no reply so far.
What is the problem here?
