I am registered for the tournament but I haven't received yet any mail to start the first round; all is silent also on the multiplayer screen. Can you help?

The usual reason for the lack of emails would be if
a) you weren't signed up to receive notifications (see Slitherine.com > My Page > My Subscriptions > PBEM and tournament notifications)
b) the PBEM server was sending your emails to an old email address which you have not looked at.

Do you have more than one Slitherine account? Are you signed into MP with the correct username?

According to the PBEM database, the games have started, and ericdoman has taken his first turn in one of them.

P.S. This sort of issue is better posted in the technical support forum. I don't always read the Tournaments subforum, and technical support certainly don't.

Thank you, I solved the tournament problem exiting the dlc beta on steam. The problem is that now the dlc beta doesn't work anymore and I cannot find the key you sent me (my DLC saved campaign gives me back an error message). I will raise this issue in the technical support forum
