Slitherine

When trying to connect to PBEM+ from the game I get the message " client has not sent enough data. Some parameter are missing."

Any ideas?

I have to ask, but is there any tech support at slitherine? Me and my friend both have the logon problem so we can't play at all through the pbem+ system. We both wrote to the support email address but got no reply. On steam we see that many have had this problem since some update in february, but no one from slitherine is answering them either.
