Reinstalling the game

Good evening.
I just had my PC formatted because of Win10 issues, and need to reinstall this game because launch icon gets me to the main screen, but then I see the message that I need to reinstall. As far as I can see, all files are still there in the C:\Slitherine\Vietnam 65 folder.
However, I don't remember where I bought it, and it doesn't show as a registered game on my Steam account.
Please help.
