email notifications from multi player

I have started multi-player games on FOG II Medieval but I don't get email notifications that my turn is ready like I do with FOG II. Is there a setting I need to adjust somewhere to receive these notifications?

Yes.
You need to go to
www.slitherine.com and go to My Page > My Subscriptions, then click on the green Subscribe+ button for PBEM and tournament notifications.
