How do I evacuate British units in the Dunkirk scenario in Order of Battle

I can´t figure out how to evacuate units from the Dunkirk Scenario.
Nothing happens when you set a units in one of the fields that is marked as a evacuate field and there is no way to make it happen.
What do I have to do and why is it not explained in the manual (that needs an update)?

Well, I haven't played this scenario yet, but look at the symbols:
On this picture, the (only) ship that is on some exit hex is roughly on the top center of it. But two hexes east (
or right, let's say) from this hex, one can read "
Air Undeploy"...
AIR!
Have you tested the other hexes with green Arrow present on this map, I mean those with a green rectangle and a small arrow pointing to the left?

Well.
It is the hexes you show with green markings! Thank you
That shows that you have to use symbols with care. It´s difficult to guess that an arrow pointing left, means that it is the hex below.
The one names "Air deploy" is only for aircrafts.

I agree with you, the arrow should be pointed inside the rectangle :
