Slitherine

The winter stream is neither frozen nor moving. It's a biege-tan meandering trail, kinda looks like a sewage trench or something. Is this a bug or how it's supposed to look?

Everything is frozen in Europe that (or this?) winter It is modded.

I don't know what's going on. I've only been working within the Tiles and Objects folders. I verified my Steam files just to make sure I hadn't corrupted any of my back up files and I am still getting this.







Summer works fine.

I have muddy streams like Mord's, but the rivers are frozen.

Yep. My big rivers are fine. Just the streams.

To be thorough, I uninstalled the game, made sure I had nothing left over floating around and reinstalled. It still looks the same, so I guess it's meant to look that way? LOL.
