but what about the important information, how many BGs the winner had :)

Well, I had 15 - 3rd place :o

And I know Marc had 10 - I asked.

Don't know about the winner though :oops:

While I have no idea how many BGs the armies at this comp had when I did analyse the number of BGs by finishing possition for Britcon last year there was very little difference between the average number of BGs in each quarter of the results. There was a slightly higher average in the top quarter but that was mainly because the two largest armies (both run by good players) finished in the top quarter.

In the 25mm comp the army with the fewest BGs actually won the comp.

Thanks for hosting the tournament Steve - it was well worth the drive. Very relaxing game day on Saturday and everyone seemed to be smiling.
