Editor Problems

I just completed my first self-made scenario, but there are some problems that the editor manual doesn’t explain clearly. I would appreciate if anyone can help answer my questions stated below.
1.How to make a truck like the one appeared in the scenario “Poland” in Soviet Corps?
2.How to make a unit’s strength less or more than 10?
3.How to make scenario messages?
4.How can I launch the scenario to Panzer Corps?
