Try 1.2.6 legacy, as it uses openGL and not Vulkan. If it runs under openGL but not VulKan that well could be your answer( for some reason incompatible though on paper it might be within spec, ).

However the game doesn't run open GL. 1.2.6 legacy then yes there are other things going on.

FYI if for some reason you cannot move beyond 1.2.6 that is still a good version as you can still play tyranids skull king and the reinforcement DLC
