The Baltics in the Blatic Crusade campaign use Berber flags

In some scenarios the Baltics use these flags. I have already indicated that in case two pagan armies have the same flag the game uses Berber / North African flags.

It's not the Berber banner, but yes, this is all working as RBS intended.
The Baltic tribes use the Rebel Non-Feudal/Muslim banner as their alternative banner in a civil war battle, or if you have "Distinct" Banners selected and the player army has a mainly white banner (such as the Teutonic Knights). It was thought to be more appropriate than the Rebel Christian banners, but I agree it's not ideal. I think it is unlikely that the Baltic Tribes will ever get their own alternative banner.

Only if you turn off Historical banners. Also in civil wars.

It's true, I have the historical flags disabled.
For Baltics / Nomads (Pagans) an alternative flag would be fine. The flag of the tartaros with other colors and another symbol could serve.
