MP Bug Report? - skirmish battles

Hello, maybe I found an issue which happend twice to my mp matches.

Please take the steps to reproduce as a grain of salt.

*Accepted new skirmish battle
*going to My Turns and opened other still running skirmish battle
*it started loading the map, but I was on the opposite side of the team
*I restarted the program in hard mode... without saving and opened the existing battle and then all was fine

I guess I had something similar before, where I started a skirmish battle and entered an existing scenario game and the troops where strange deployed. Maybe it has something to do, when you accept a new challenge and then start another match (not the new one), while the accepted fight has the status, waiting for other player. But I'm not sure. :-)

The bug in the Kalka scenario is entirely different - see my post on the subject in the FOG2: Medieval forum.

I am moving this thread to that forum. Please post FOG2: Medieval topics there rather than in the FOG2 forum.

I have tried to reproduce this by following your steps and not so far succeeded.

Is there any more information you can give?

Has this happened more than once?

Not really, not more than I described. No further problems yet.

The MP system recently migrated to PBEM3, which has a different codebase from the old PBEM2. We ironed out a lot of MP bugs during the beta, but we are still actively looking for possible bugs, so we are grateful for any reports.
