Deployment zones

Hiya all, anyone know why deployment hexes are based for player colour rather than nation?

I've made Scandinavia a 4 player game and to remove the issue of knowing the British naval deployment zones I've set up new ones, added a trigger to remove the turn 1 spawned units and then they are available in the reserves list.

This was fine until I spotted they could then be deployed on the Norwegian land mass thus getting there even before the German invasion.

Any suggestion on how to fix this, other than a trigger to effectively stop it by preventing those hexes having British troops deployed in that turn by un-deploying them?

It is one of the many unaddressed quirks in the scenario editor in that alliance is respected while nation is ignored for deployment hexes.

Therefore, have you tried this new feature yet? I have not, but it has the advantage of having been requested by one of the official developers, as well as being new and therefore not broken yet:
