I'm getting the "game has failed to send multiple times" is the server OK or is it my system?

anyway out of this, other than do the turn again? what causes it?

a) If you internet connection has dropped.
b) If the server is down.

Wait for a while and try again, if that fails abandon the turn and try again later.

I am getting it a lot as well. It is not my internet connection.

Can you give specific times when this has occurred, so the server logs could be checked?

Sorry I can't. I assumed it was to do with the server being upgraded. It was over the last 3 days during the day NZ time so early hours of the morning UK time.

Sorry I can't. I assumed it was to do with the server being upgraded. It was over the last 3 days during the day NZ time so early hours of the morning UK time.

Please could you note the time and date when it happens from now on, so we can check whether they correspond to server downtime or perhaps just the server being very busy.

It just happened again at 10 pm on 19 January NZ time. All my games disappear after cancelling the game and are replaced by a message saying "Server returned an error : 6 " .

Please keep trying, and recording the dates and times. When I have a few data points I will ask the IT people to check what the server status was at those times.

Meantime I will try to find out what server error 6 means.

Apparently if you leave the game connected to MP for more than 1 day, the server will return error 6.

You need to close it down intermittently.
