Slitherine

I am playing a bunch of multi player games, but the last couple of weeks Slitherine has written me several times a warning that I have loaded a turn multiple times. I have replied every time that it is not correct, I am not loading any turns more than one time that is needed for me to play my own turn. Slitherine is not giving me any answers to my e-mails, and it is getting quite frustrating.

Does any one else experience this kind of problems?

I paste here the warning that I receive:

We noticed you have downloaded some turns multiple times.
If you are having any technical issues please report them to at www.slitherine.com/forum.
We'll do our best to resolve any issues and get you up and running ASAP.

Here is one of my replies, that are unanswered:

Two times in the last few days I have received server warnings that are both incorrect.

First on december the 27, second on december the 31.

I have not downloaded any turns multiple times, and I have not had any technical difficulties, that I am aware of.

So I really don't know what is causing these server warnings..

My experience with support is that you need to be patient and repeat your concern multiple times at https://www.slitherine.com/member/helpdesk
before you get an answer.
