1940 Panzer Corp 2 DLC DeGaulle's Zombie

I say that sort of tongue-in-cheek, but not really.
In the Battle of Abbeville scenario, I killed the DeGaulle unit, thinking I'd never have to deal with him again.
Ummm. Wrong.
He shows up again in the Epsom scenario, so... since I killed him once, well... this new DeGaulle has to be a Zombie!
Right?
But seriously, this is a programming error that should be addressed and then fixed.
