Whatever I try to do with the Paratroops (Turn 2 in the Partisan Scenario), which is one of the Primary Objectives, it fails. Has anyone else had this problem or am I missing something? Happy New Year one and all

Land them at Begoml first, should be mentioned in objective details (if you click the blue ?).
