problems with game stability because of the movement zone dots

i have been experiencing lag and stutters since the release of the game, the updates are improving my experience but there's much lag and stutters yet, but i have experienced a little weird issue involving the movement zone dots that appear when you click on any of your units, i experience stutters and lag everytime i got the dots on screen, i don't know how to explain it properly but something in the movement zone display is messing with the performance of my game, i can upload a video showing it to have a better explain of my problem

without any hardware reports with driver and system information, it's hard to comment i'm sorry to say

sorry i forgot it, i have a ryzen 7 2700x 4.3ghz, 16 gb ram ddr4 3200mhz, 512gb ssd kingston, gtx 1660 super oc 6gb dedicated, nvidia latest driver geforce game ready, i have recorded a video but i can't upload it as an attachment how should i send it? i have attached the dx diag file. if i need to send anything else tell and i will gladly do it, i want to fix this problem that is ruining my game experience
