1940 DLC Meteor & Hurricane

Not sure what am I doing wrong or is it just a bug?
Just finished Operation Sea Lion where I got Meteor and Hurricane Mk2 as a bonus but no matter what I try I cannot buy them and deploy them as a unit. It says I have 7 hurricanes and one meteor but when I select them and buy them nothing happens. Game is on GOG BTW.
Any ideas?
