Could someone make me a mod to remove the campaign scenarios where I fight with wounded units?

i generally only play incredibly hard armies and I hate the scenarios where I have to fight with my brigades weakened. For instance -- Sassanid vs. Arab. Can someone help? There was an old one on here but I can't find it.
