I dont see any yellow deployment hexes....what do I have to do to get them to appear?

Most likely your army is too big, deployment hexes should appear when you decrease the number of units so that you're not over the allotted slots.

Select the unit you want to deploy...and deploy next to Prague.

Uhm...deployment works the same way for all scenarios. What explanation were you looking for in this one?
