I own marshaldivision 101.08.1 loaded I have loaded zip file of 101.10.3 but I cant get it to load. I therefore cannot load dlc what do i do

Please do the following:
1. Uninstall the game

2. Please download the game's installer file from your your account's download area. (*)

3. Once you have downloaded the file "PanzerCorps2-MultiSetup-v01.01.10.zip" fully unzip it to a folder in your Hard Disk.

4. After unzipping, you should have three extracted files:
"PanzerCorps2-MultiSetup-v01.01.10.exe"
"PanzerCorps2-MultiSetup-v01.01.10.2"
"PanzerCorps2-MultiSetup-v01.01.10.3"

5. Run "PanzerCorps2-MultiSetup-v01.01.10.exe" to install the game.

6. When asked to insert the serial number, please click in the drop down menu "Select a New Product to Install... " and select "Panzer Corps 2: Field Marshal Edition".
Type your "Panzer Corps 2: Field Marshal Edition" serial number.

7. Click in the button "Activate Serial".
You should see then the DLC name"Panzer Corps 2: Field Marshal Edition" being added to the list of games displayed in the box named "Setup as detected a valid serial number for:"..

8. Then click on the "Next” button in order to proceed with the installation of the game.

9. Download the last update v01.01.14.0. (PanzerCorps2-MultiUpdate-v01.01.14.0) (*)

10. Unzip the file and run the extracted file PanzerCorps2-MultiUpdate-v01.01.14.0.exe,

11. When asked to insert the serial number, please click in the drop down menu "Select a New Product to Install... " and select Panzer Corps 2: Axis Operation - 1940" .
Type your "Panzer Corps 2: Axis Operation - 1940" serial number.

12. Click in the button "Activate Serial".
You should see then the DLC name "Panzer Corps 2: Axis Operation - 1940" being added to the list of games displayed in the box named "Setup as detected a valid serial number for:".

13. Then click on the "Next” button in order to proceed with the installation of the game.

Where is the DLC serial number? I cannot see it on mine and now all my DLC is not working with this latest update, in fact I cannot get PC2 to work at all, keeps booting me with an error.
