Hi there. I´m getting some islamic decals for my dailami. I´ve seen that the come in diffrerent colors, and have both the arab script and the colour in the background. I mean, they are circular and full coloured. The question is, how would you paint the shield on which the decals is going to be added: white, black, the same colour than the background of the decal, etc?

If its the LBMS ones, I'd say paint a white background every time. The background doesnt really show through anyway, but white is your best bet to get the best colours out of the transfers.
