As you see the white lines winter camo don't display as it should be.

I believe the berlin 1945 camo missing some textures.

And as you see the newly add winter camo seems not display right too.

Yes it does look like a couple of issues have crept in there. Sorry about that.

However the Berlin camo is correct. The top surfaces were left olive green ( I've seen some examples with the same camo pattern were the upper surfaces were left dunkelgelb ). What is .. innacurate .. is calling it 'Berlin' camo, but as a name it will do.

Bare in mind that other than those left in their factory colours, every other vehicle was unique. So other than loosly followed dates for the introduction or use of certain colours, most things could be considered correct. Whats considerd cool though is another matter. Most crew painted camo seems to of been plain old ugly.

I had some issues with unit camouflage display after first load game after installing the 1940 DLC. But when I finished the last turn of the Denmark scenario and moved to the first one in 1940 this got fixed, perhaps that's needed to refresh the date, similarly how some previous fixes only loaded after the next scenario?

Each DLC adds new camo and their order within the overall list can sometimes change to keep camo of a type together by default.
So that could be a cache issue. Presumably the cache contains the camo assignments and if that has changed at all it might display oddly until the next scenario changes the cache. But thats a calculated guess.

Those camo patterns that have been reported to display incorrectly have been fixed - The Condor Legions winter, the red/green winter. They'll be available with the next update.
The German Battle of Britain fighter camo with the high demarcation, and the mid and later war aircraft camos, display incorrectly in the camo selection panel. However they ARE correct on the map. I've no idea why as they're one and the same model and material but we're aware of it and are trying to get a fix.
We thought insignias transparency was fixed over a year ago but it appears to be fixed for horizontal surfaces but not vertical .. which doesn't make much sense to us just now, but we're aware of it and will look into it.
