In the Karjalan tournament scenario it seemed like my KV1 would not recover efficiency even if it did nothing and was unmolested. Is anyone else experiencing issues with "unreliable" equipment like the KV1 or am I hallucinating again?

Don't think I will ever buy anything unreliable again...
