AI attack planning and my unit positions from previous turn

Example:
In my turn I drive with an artillery into AI field of view of an AI infantry with strength 1 and I destroy the AI unit.
So AI could know the artillery is still there, since it had moved already
AI cannot know how what other moves I have made (the artillery might be protected with tigers and me262)

Next AI turn:
AI cannot see the artillery now. It "could" know that it must be there.
Will AI take it into consideration what it had seen last turn?

From the programmers point of view, it is much easier just to check current field of view, so I guess AI will NOT consider it. Right? Whats your experience?

AI does not remember previous turns

use the ai's sight or lack there of to your full advantage
They attack what they see as vulnerable places in your line, so set traps accordingly.

They do not attack what they do not see unless they are set on attack plan and move into areas that find your vulnerable units and then move accordingly

I hope this helps
