Boring unbeatable strat in ICBM

A new strat has submerged (wink) that might break the game when it gets meta.
You simply play as Africa (you can hit every country from coastal waters) and go full SSBN with MIRV rush. You can get SSBN researched from the go and get MIRVs pretty early.
With this strat you don't build anything but SSBNs and make sure to strike first, you will dominate all the time. Yes, you might have your population reduced to 10% at the end game because you don't have any defences but you will still win by points (in the base game mode).
I am already seeing more and more people using this strategy and frankly, it makes the game quite dull.
which is a shame because I really like the game and want to play it for a long time.
I'm not quite sure how to fix this, but my guess would be an SSBN nerf.
