Commander - Napoleon at War - No matter which display I choose, when I click on start game the game starts with the logos and then says loading but that is as far it goes. It never does load the game. What can I do?

check the error logs or your antivirus and firewall to see which has stopped the process from running, normally it works as designed, but some 3rd party apps and programs can interfere

installing and running as admin normally bypasses this, but even then some 3rd party apps, eg poor AV will stop a gaming process from running or working as it should
