Failed to send the game to the game server. Please try again

I encountered a nasty issue in Pike and Shot Campaigns and Sengoku Jidai, can't send my turn to the game server for the several days now, when I try to end the turn in multiplayer game, it says "Failed to send the game to the game server. Please try again" . I tried again numerous times, but it does not work and doesn't send the game to the server. I have informed support, but had no answers for 2 days now, so I decided to ask here, maybe someone knows how to fix it.
I tried many things, deactivated antiviruses, firewalls, cleaned game folders in user/documents, tried another internet provider, another PC and after all I have reinstalled my Windows, but it did not help and I still can't send a turn to the server.
I have assumptions that this problem may be related with this event ( https://www.slitherine.com/forum/viewto ... 8&t=102312 ), because that day, before maintenance related to these two games, I played a multiplayer game in Pike and Shot and all worked fine.
And there is another thing, in log in screen, when I enter in multiplayer lobby, there is a "serial number" in the top-right corner and now it looks unusual, I recall it was way different before, without whole stack of 0000 e.t.c.
So, If anyone know were problem is or have encounter with this before and knows how to fix this, it would be really nice, because it's very sad to left without multiplayer in these games. :(
P.S Other games, that use PBEM+ server, like Field of Glory, Sanctus Reach, works well.

I think your best bet is to email support@slitherine.co.uk again.

Support have my ticket and they answered once in the first day, but that was all. So I hope they investigating this problem, because now I have no idea what else I can try to do to solve this by my self.

Some update on this, after last maintenance ( http://www.slitherine.com/forum/viewtop ... 8&t=102434 ) multiplayer of another Slitherine game - Warhammer 40,000: Sanctus Reach stops working and starts geting the same error. Also serial number in multiplayer log in screen was changed to this wierd looking VIRT-0000-011C... e.t.c. It can't be coincidence. So it's more than obvious that something during this maintenance cause this issue.
I bet that next server maintenance will broke more of my games that uses PBEM+ services.

Thanks for starting to investigate this issue.
Maybe problem not only in my account, because when all of this started I have created another account to figure out what`s wrong and when I logged in multiplayer with this new acc I still had this error in all problem games, same as in my main account.
And when I logged in with new account it shows different serial numbers in log in screens, but they also looks like VIRT-0000- e.t.c and not like normal ones. Something wrong with this serial numbers even when I use another newly created account.

By the way, my Mare Nostrum that also was in list of today maintenance now also has this strange VIRT-0000... serial, instead of normal one. MN serial contains in Documents\My Games\MareNostrvm\Config.gd I made backup of all related to PBEM+ games files earlier, so I can compare it now.
Unfortunately can't test Mare Nostrum in multiplayer, because game don't allows to take my own challenges, but I suspect it also don't work now.
I attach screenshots of old and new Mare Nostrum Config.gd file.
*black box contained my password from main account, so I shaded it. And password was only in old file with normal looking serial.

I think we are likely to have better success with this if you can contact support@slitherine.co.uk with your details, and perhaps links to this thread. It is simpler to pass usernames etc back and forth over email rather than a public forum.

I have already contacted with support at the beginning and I am posting all of this to the support thread by email too, but they rarely respond

You should be able to play safely your challenges now.

Thank you, it's a great relief!
I have tested all problem games and all of them works good now.

Great! Yes, the strange serial number is from the new server, it's fine ;-)
