Thought that bug in the winter Rzhev scenario was squashed for good...but nope "battered weterans" second objective is unreachable again. Played four times to be sure.

AFAIK this was never changed. It works, but never validates as "complete".

Are you sure ? I've seen that quoted in the lower version. I'm that kind of player I must have all the objectives reached.

I get it, many of us are like that.
But yeah, pretty sure. The earlier vanilla campaigns usually do not differentiate between a "major" or "minor" victory. It's only "victory".
(There're some exceptions for scens with campaign branching, though)

So it's about time to fix it
