Anti-aircraft against paratroopers

Attention in Panzercorps 2, it has been verified that anti-aircraft units and fighters do not fire in the event that a paratroopers unit is launched adjacent or within its firing range. :? This is obviously wrong, already in PG3 this was implemented, so it may not be that difficult, I would like it to be remedied whenever possible.

Considering how few players use paratroopers, not sure it's a high priority to make them worse/more vulnerable.

They're very special case and situational units to use as is. Let's see what spotlighting them in the next DLC does, because 1940 is a big year for German paratrooper operations, and the years to follow will only expand other nations' paratrooper operations.

You are thinking about the campaign and this is important but you also have to take into account the multiplayer ...
In any case, it is simply completely absurd that an anti-aircraft unit does not fire on a paratroopers launcher.

That is almost always the case!... however they should still be able to be self-sustaining 'supply-wise' for a few days without a 'Supply-Depot' and even for up to the better part of a week.

The idea of dropping 'Paratroopers' down into a specific location... means that you do intend to use external on-hand available ready forces to punch a supply corridor to them as quickly as possible... so as to alleviate their supply situation.

They may also be able to capture a location to provide them supplies... but this is not usually a certainty.

It makes sense that Paratroopers need to secure an airbase or city/town to be able to receive supply. That provides a secure location with an easily identifiable terrain feature to land or drop more supplies. Paratroopers carried very little and if they are heavily engaged without a supply base would/should be overrun.
