It is impossible for me to buy the game on the Matrix site. By visa card nothing happens when I validate the payment : No loading. And by Paypal, I receive the following message:

"Order creation failure due to problematic input.. This item is no longer available for purchase. Please refer to the seller's website for more information..."

Maybe this is a wider site issue?

Same problem here ! Unable to order on the Matrix website the game Shadow Empire...

and they will ask more questions to see if something simple is the issue and suggest a work around, sorry for both of your issues

Already done around 2 p.m. No answer since....

Same here, contacted them twice no answer. Don't know if it matters but on "My Page" on the Matrix Store it doesn't say that I have any pending requests even though I have contacted support twice.

I just tried again after midnight so on October 11 and everything worked normally, I was able to place my order .... No explanation ..... I will finally be able to play it !

Tired today and it works, also no explanation, no response from the company..

sorry for your issues but glad now it worked for both of you, hopefully it's something that was maybe being worked on or broken which is now fixed etc
