Supply points not "recovering"?

Hi, I'm testing a custom scenario. I attacked some town with Supply Point in it after thoroughly bombarding it to smithereens, and captured them around turn 10. It's now turn 30 and they are still at zero supply. Why is that?

You didn't use, by any chance, some strategic bombers for the "thoroughly bombarding" action, did you?

I used artillery, to which I gave the "razer" trait in units.csv and the "strategicattack" trait in classes.txt.
From your comment I gather one of those traits may mean that the reduction in supply points is permanent... which one is it?

Hard to say. Usually you need an entry in the "bombardment" column of the unit.csv file to reduce supply of a hex (or blow them up with commandos and such). Strategic bombers have that for example. Either way, if you place engineers or any unit with the "hexRepairer" trait on it, it will gradually restore the hex's supply output.

But they should recover by themselves in three turns, what is blocking that?

Nope, only the hex ownership (flag) changes in three turns. If you also want supply from it, it had to have some before you captured it.
My guess is, that some changes in your mod gave arty units the bombardment ability, diminishing supply points permanently. You can check the hex's supply status with the "space" key after each arty attack.

Ah I thought the supply level recovered together with the hex ownership. I'll bring engineers forward, then.
