I just bought and downloaded Panzer Corps 2...I still dont see any shortcut on my desktop so I can actually play the game...any ideas on why this is not showing up???...I have Windows 10

Well, not trying to be facetious, but after downloading it did you install it? If so, and it completed the install successfully, you should also be able to find it in the start menu (unless you're using Steam). Otherwise look again to make sure it was properly installed. Installing a shortcut is often an option, not automatically done when installing a game. If you don't find evidence of it being installed, find the download (probably in your browser or in Windows Explorer folder (or whatever it's called nowadays) under "downloads" and try again.

If you continue to have problems, post your issue again in the Tech Support thread at top of the main PC2 page

I did find some sort of installation of the game in APPS AND FEATURES..it reads as PANZER CORPS 2 1.01.10.1...but nothing happens when I click on it......

Done some digging, it looks like you've installed the patch update, but not the base game!

To fix:

• Uninstall what's currently installed.
• Go to https://www.slitherine.com/member/mypage , login and find Panzer Corps 2
• Click File Downloads on the Panzer Corps 2 entry
• Download [PC] Installer v1.01.10
• When downloaded, run this file to install the base game
• When it is finished, you can then run the file you'd downloaded previously to patch up to the very latest version (v1.01.10.1)

THANKS SHARDS...I APPRECIATE THE HELP....I NEVER HAD THIS MUCH PROBLEM WITH THEIR OTHER GAMES...AND I HAVE A BUNCH OF THEM!...LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS NOW

Just double clicking it will usually do the job.

OK...I double clicked on the file that ends with..... exe...so now I have a window that reads Panzer Corps 2 setup...so then I picked english as my language choice.now the new window reads welcome to the installer for panzer corps 2 v1.01.10 where do I go from here?

OK...I ignored the window pop up that said the game was already installed...I knew it was not since SHARDS told me to delete all the previous Panzer Corps downloads I had tried....That seems to have done the trick...I see the PANZER CORPS 2 SETUP is finally downloading itself to my laptop!!!!....what do I need to do to update the game????

OK...I believe this game finally loaded properly!!!!...thanks SHARDS...I finally got someone to show me the right way to load this beastie!!!....You boys at SLITHERINE need to make your games a lot easier to install!!!..I have a bunch of your games and this one was a down right pain in the brain to get installed!!!

Glad that it's installed and you're ready to go!

To update in the future, click the Check For Updates button on the launcher, it should be much more painless now that you've got the new remaster version installed.

OK...the game is installed and running!!!!...now I think I have a graphics card problem,,,,the movement of units is slow and jerky...I did install the graphics card update that came with the Panzer Corp install procedure...How do I find out what graphics card I have?
