I am currently doing a rerun of the Morning Sun Campaign and stumbled upon a (possible) bug in the Wuhan Scenario. One secondary objective there is to protect your supply line in the north-eastern part of the map from Communist Partisans and if I remember correctly these units were able to occupy cities/victory hexes as well as being able to cut your general supply if possible, which they can not do anymore (at least since 8.6.0 was introduced). This makes the secondary objective of this mission to some degree a bit pointless really, Partisans can now only harass "the hinterland" and that's about it. This probably needs to be changed, at least for the chinese Partisans.

That bugger somehow slipped through my lines ... sneaky partisans ... :-)

Partisans are not able to occupy territory on their own, that's WAD.

IIRC in some scenarios there are scripted events that fire when enemy partisans effectively occupy a city, with various neg. effects for the player. But in Wuhan it's different, the objective is to fight partisans, and you get few reinforcements once it's done (no more partisans means more player troops are free for frontline service)
