The Primary Objective "Do not deploy any heavy core tank" and the Secondary Objective "Do not lose more than 4 ships" are validated in turn 16

Check Objective State "Take Kerch" = completed is missing in the Early Victory Trigger ?

Good catch. May have slipped through as ppl may have Kerch already by then. Gets changed
