Shouldn't the Polish flag be displayed when playing back a German turn?

Hm, if it's the German turn isn't that correct then? It's been a while since I watched a playback, so I may miss something. But in standard SP during an AI turn I see the AI flag, not mine?

It is the Polish turn.
This game was started in 8.5
I notice that the same scenario started in 8.6 looks fine.
