Cohesion Test (Challenge 5)

Red charges the blue LH BG, which evades. The LH evade carries it to beyond 3MU from the other blue BG. Red's charge carries it into the already FRAGged blue BG to the left, which fails it's cohesion test for being charged while FRAGged and so breaks. The end position is shown in the image below.
Question - does the LH BG test for seeing friends breaking?

No, the LH do not test since they make their evade and are beyond 3 MU before the fragmented BG makes its test. (Sequence of Play, p168)

IMO the test for being charged must be taken when the steady LH decide to evade, as this is when the fragged LH become a target of the charge. If they are within 3MU when the decision is taken to evade yes they must test.
But then I don't have the sequence of play with me
[edit] I'd be wrong then

From the 'FULL TURN SEQUENCE' table:
Resolve cohesion tests for FRAGMENTED troops being charged. If they break: Resolve cohesion tests for seeing them break.
Make their initial rout move.
Make interception charges.
Make evade moves.
Resolve cohesion tests for FRAGMENTED troops being charged as a result of intervening friends evading. If they break:
Resolve cohesion tests for seeing them break. Make their initial rout move.
I think the last 2 items covers this situation.

The question and the second diagram implies that Red has done it charge move before FRAG tests, this is incorrect. FRAG tests when it becomes a target - i.e. when LH has finished evading if within red'a move, or after red rolls its VMD if not but inside red's move+VMD. The very last thing done is to move red.
