My specs - is it enough

Intel Core i3 9100 up to 4.2GHz, 8GB DDR4, 256GB NVMe SSD, Nvidia GeForce GTX1650 SUPER 4GB,
Is this enough to play PC2 in high res ?

I'm also considering to buy PC2 but not sure how it would perform on my PC. My specs are: core i5 @ 3.5 GHz, 16 GB RAM and GeForce GTX 960 with GB video memory. I've read that even people with very good systems are experiencing framerate issues. So it would be nice if anyone could give me some idea of what to expect with my machine. Thanks in advance!
