The melee POA rules state that Heavy Weapon get + 100 POA v any. in the screenshot below they appear to get + 110 POA. What am I not taking into account please?

Gameplay:
Heavy Weapon: Armoured or better protected troops with Heavy Weapon get an extra +10 POA in melee vs all troops except elephants.
