I see we have another stunningly smooth OOB release in progress. When I try to run OOB today, it gets stuck on the Screen "Preparing to Launch Order of Battle..." I've completely uninstalled and deleted the program and then reinstalled but to no avail. I'm assuming this is related to the upcoming release of the new Red Storm content?

Running on Intel 9700K with 16gb Ram. Everything ran just fine yesterday and I've not changed anything. I have attached the output_log file but it has not updated since yesterday.

My OOB works fine.

The standard first fix attempt is deleting the My Games...Settings folder.

Thanks, forgot to mention that the deletion of the settings folder had already been tried.

I suppose I should further mention that the folder is not getting recreated.

Ok, I got it working. It took renaming the "Order of Battle - WW2" folder to something else before it would start and recreate it.
