core game free. liked it. bought sandstorm. liked it. no problems. learned i could take sandstorm core units and transfer them to endkrieg. did so. 3rd scenario, game breaking bug. smolensk. can NOT upgrade or access my purchase menu.

tech support says, "sorry, we do not refund and you will have to wait till another product comes out with the patch that fixes your problem."

You probably have some corrupted file, you can check this. Or just don't have the required DLC. Try on. Or not, if you wish. There are a lot of games out there you may enjoy. Just do not criticize something you barely know, newbie. And btw, here is not the place for you to complain. We're all fanboys and girls here

Yeah, and he doesn't shut up in the steam forum either. It's tiresome.

And of course the fact that patch and DLC releases are often tied together does not mean you need to buy a DLC for the related patch.

I agree with Kondi! Completely absurd. Been playing this game since it first came out and still play it all the time.
Any problems I've ever encountered have always been fixed with no problem .Probably just an "FNG" here that can't figure things out!
