Just wondering whether there is any chance that we will be able to export battles eventually to Field of Glory II from Empires when in multiplayer mode...?

This would enhance our games significantly.

There is for now no solution that would keep the game flow satisfying (lot of waiting and interruptions). Also, that would be rather complex to do and we prefer to focus on other topics.

For a two player game it should be simpler ...

It's not technically impossible, I did not say that. We believe it would be very awkward for more than 2 players. For 2 players, it is a decision based on allocation of resources. The studio has limited manpower, and the fraction of players playing 2 people PBEM does not compare well with the major overhaul needed for this feature. We have to be pragmatic and make constant choices: what do we develop, expand, and what are the features that are not the priority. I wish Empires had a 10-developers team, but it has not. Perhaps one day!
