It would be nice to have the option to repeat the scenario briefing without having to restart the scenario. Maybe an action button on the Objectives pull-down...?

I'd like this, too. You can see the text by opening the chat window, but you still don't get the map scrolling and operational planning arrows and such. I often take a break from the game after the briefing (because I like to get my core replenished and handle new heroes and unit upgrades while the last scenario is still fresh in my mind), and when I come back the instructions I received are not always very clear.
